Or perhaps it's just that someone has the mistaken impression that the 4mm scale 'Timmy Two-Trousers' is going to make an appearance?

Sounds more like a 3.5mm scale outing for a New York dockside shunting spectacular, will Timmy be wearing his concrete wellies.

Thinking about it, speaking as the acting deputy operator, if something like this would come to pass lives would be made a misery, so maybe not such a good idea.

Thanks for the information on the most interesting line-up, Jerry.

I just thought I'd point out, though that I haven't built the layout known as '4mm OO Tim Maddocks' yet. Good name for an O gauge layout, perhaps. 😛😉

Apologies dear boy, c***k up in the admin dept.

I did a cut and paste for most of the notes from the exhibitors forms and obviously missed a bit. Should be noted that Simon is still in shock at the thought that there are forms this year - Ive even put them in a folder!! 😇

Over the next few weeks I will post some pictures of some of the delights we have lined up this year starting with Bob Brown's beutiful little 3mm layout Foxbury for no better reason than that Bob has exhibited at every one of these gatherings in all its Camrail/Larkrail incarnations.

Good God man, where's your spirit of adventure, he gets over it soon enough anyway.

Mind you, me playing the "Archers" over his S&C video some years ago did take a while to recover from!!

It wasn't deliberate - honest!!

That station building reminds me so much of Hallatrow on the North Somerset, I guess they were a standard Great Way Round design.

Ivo Peters didn't have to put up with that kind of nonsense from Norman!

Gawd, it's a big pasty, he's come to thump anyone who has the temerity to usher the words 'have you got a Ginsters' to the young lady serving tea and savouries

We don't talk about Ginsters this close to the Cornish border.

Correct. Norman was more interested in a fry up.

talking of ferrets, I'm still none the wiser as to which spam was going through Bath today, some chap suggested it was, in fact, a packet... but I'm not convinced 🤷‍♂️

Edit:

Well blow me it was a packet, Clan Line to boot!  Mind you, in my defence, I was a long way away eating a pasty.
