RMweb Gold big jim Posted August 31, 2023 RMweb Gold Share Posted August 31, 2023 Fairly new EWS 66s in 2003 in crewe diesel depot 66728 with former forum member 40044, now sadly no longer with us 66847 in Gloucester yard with an AA recovery truck in view, a cropped pic as it was a bit sensitive at the time as to why I was babysitting the loco for the day, note how the loco ‘isn’t exactly in line’ with the tracks in front of it! 66424 lurking in the bushes at Claydon jn, the first train beyond the gates toward Bletchley for about 25 years! 6 1 Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
6990WitherslackHall Posted September 1, 2023 Share Posted September 1, 2023 (edited) I saw 7 Class 66s stabled at Leeds Midland Road yesterday (alongside a few Class 70s and a Class 59) 66552 & 66558 66558 & 66525 66536 & 66585 (with 70001) 66617 and an unidentified 66/5 I also saw 66780, a DRS 66 and another one (no photos of them) so that beats my current record of 4 in one day!
