Just been and had a look at the booked layouts on Stafford's website.

Very impressive line up Tel, as usual - a really good mix, but all top quality, I really don't know how you manage to pull the proverbial white rabbit out of the hat each year! :scratchhead:

Btw, the exhibition page doesn't mention demo stands - have you got your full quota this year? I've got my own demo stand on the circuit now in relation to stock being built for Queen St EM. PM me if you have room for a little un! Images are on my gallery under 'Detailed Diesels' of stock already built.

cheers

Andy

Hmm, for a 'north of Birmingham' jobbie this turns out to be a fairly accessible show (weather goods permitting of course) with a through train service from Reading and a linking 'bus - might be worth a go as it looks interesting.

Stationmaster

Please do come along and I believe you will not be disappointed.

97 Days to go.......

I've seen his calendar- he's coloured it in very nicely!!! But, yes its one of the biggest and best shows outside of the NEC and Glasgow, with a deservedly good reputation (no thanks to your efforts Tel!) . Mind you Colin's took a chance this year- he's booked Trevanna Dries!! Tel- you may be able to answer this , but has Colin got a small section of 'Micro' layouts this time around?...

I regularly visit this show from Bristol and the trains are pretty straightforward (and the bus to the venue means I do go as its easy)

Couple of comments made by traders I met at Wolverhampton a couple of weeks back about Stafford following the trend in moving our exhibition date

Well I can say we are not moving the date of our exhibition, as our belief is that the February date is bang in when modellers want a quality model railway exhibition

We could not move the date anyway as the venue is booked every weekend.

So you can book your time of work, take advantage of rail offers and visit the largest club non sponsored model railway in the Midlands
