  3. "66250 at Toton has been reinstated to the WBAT pool from WQDA, the fourth of the ten sold to be reinstated. For proving purposes following repairs and their recent reinstatement, 66058 66132 & 66184 (all WBAT) have been returned to service from Toton on DBC workings" 66058 3J01/3J02

  24. I would suggest that the reason for the sale probably has something to do with competition/monopolies commission, as with when the 60s were tendered out.
