    On the way home from a job interview at Asda and part of my days excercise caught this travelling from Laira to Long Marsden today. Having seen these loco on the Western Region in the 1970s I have to say this livery is the best ever.... Just my opinion.

    I too have to voice my support of your trees, very alternative, brilliant idea, just what the GMRC Production team must want, but obviously not the judges. Salvador Dali must have received the same reception to start with, for me the most original part of series 2.

    A vinyl good by from me, Kings Cross Saturday evening. Talking to a Heaton Driver on the 9pm Newcastle, he is looking forward to the Azumas but you cannot just "pull the circuit breaker out" to sort problems like you can on the class 91s.

    Thanks for the information, are the "elsewhere" details available to all, can I join another forum too and get some local loco information? Spot on about 66172 being rescue, as the loco has gone today, but 8Z80 still shows up in the siding, how does that work, where is the train ID stored on the wagons?
