  4. Seems to me there is a lot of retailers hijacking threads to sell their wares these days.

  5. Dear Mr Bachmann. I am writing to air my disgust, utter disbelief and anger that your predictions have proved false. May I suggest you return your crystal ball from whence you purchased it, and either have it repaired, or obtain a full refund and obtain a better model. You have ruined my life. Yours disgustedly, SidClass20
  6. Yes Really, but what do I know, I only sell them, whereas you go by the information on one shops website. And interestingly one version has already sold out at Bachmann. Yes, the silent majority, who buy anything, and put coffers in the manufacturers accounts, thus allowing new model development.
  7. Well, despite it's errors, the modified Halls have sold very well, so I guess a lot of people are not that put off by it,

  15. I have been airbrushing railmatch enamels over Halfords primer for many years. It is by far my favourite combination when painting railway models. Just a shame Tamiya don't do UK outline railway colours !!

  18. I am another one who has been thinking of building some of these for some time, Mark, your build has spurred me on to get some.Looks a fine build. Phil, how is the production line going?
  19. Less than two years ago, that's nothing in model railway lead times. And in that time, Dapol have lost some crucial key players.
  20. I heard one today. Don't think Legobiffoman has much to worry about. You get what you pay for, In this case a £30 sound decoder. However it's fine as a budget entry level sound decoder.
