  1. Whatever Dapol decides will be a market success, selling in sufficient volumes to generate a profit that will allow them to reinvest into the market. I am not sure another wisah list type post is needed, you did start one on the revolution page. As far as I know no one from Dapol is on here, I may be wrong of course
  2. I think we can predict they will, OO had Virgin and Intercity swallow stock around the time of the first bath of 90's so its logical N gauge will see the same. Only one missing something really is the RES 90, given a RES 47 is coming too what are the chances of some new parcels stock on the horizon?
  3. Another plus for them, ordered a coach and a couple of decoders from them Saturday. They arrived Tuesday, seem to have some hard to find stuff in N gauge such as blue and grey DBSO's
  4. Whatever they see fit to bring to the market, they seem to have a good idea of what sells and what won't. I am sure they don't need a wishlist here
  5. I would like ot hope that its just a test chassis, mind you they carried errors over on other models. I have just noticed the 2nd from left top row has "S W R" not LSWR on the tanks. Is that right?
  6. All the numbers on offer have been produced on their OO tooling, so they are merely scaling down the artwork for these. If OO had used 90001 as the Virign one thats what we would have had
  7. The artwork was shown last month according to the post above, 6 weeks is hardly a long time without updates. It's TING's next weekend so would not be surpirsed if something came out from there on them. As for focus more on N gauge its hard to focus on a scale which is not its main seller, and I say that as an N gauge modeller
  8. Given that 783 is Virgin and 785 is Freightliner with 780-782 covering the first years of the class I would guiess 784 is going to be Privitasation, either Freightliner Green, EWS or DB Schenker will appear in the Nobember list
  9. 37501 was done in OO, as a Rails Express exclusive twin pack which also had 502 in. They may crop up on ebay occasionally
  10. Surely the fact that the Scotrail coaches are easy to find suggests these are not as popular as the 1990's era models so Farish are tapping into this market more. I do agree with the 2nd part, they have done both in OO so natural they will want to complete the set, they did say thats what they want given the reassons behind OO brake van. But overall great news for me, I will be getting my hands on a few of these
  11. Going off the post on facebook where I asked if they had abandoned N gauge owiojg to the lack of epression of interest etc. they respoinded with "Yes, not enough interest" so its safe to say N gauge and KR models is dead
  12. Havign seen a post about their website with a new one https://krmodels.net I had a quick look and there is no N gauge products listed on either the shop or coming soon page, given KR models have not commented on this and they are not down as attending TINGS this year, can we assume they are giving up any intention of N gauge?
  13. My predicition is TINGS will see the Badger announced as going to be made in N gauge, for those hopeful I did correctly predict 37501 from Farish so I am on a roll hopefully 😉
  14. I am in big hope that these 37's fly off the shevles and Farish see the benefit to regional exclusives so we get another batch of 37's or perhaps even 47's as per OO. Given that 501, 502, 116 and 025 have all appeared in the OO range its safe to assume any 47's done would have appeared in the OO range to utilise existing artwork of which 47973 is one
  15. And was available to purchase yesterday at the sale, I have mine already. Compeltely agree, whoever chose to make it that way has probably boosted club membership, I am glad I was already a mewmber. Now to buy 502
  16. Agreed, along with an Intercity Mainline 37/4, surely the main 2 liveries the class carried not yet done on the new tooling. Hopefully if the first batch sell well we can get another regional edition in N gauge
  17. Personally I am just happy to see these sales rep editions reachinbg N Gauge at last, 502 and 025 will be on my list. Presumbly we will see a 47 follow when they bring out the new version.
  18. Great news another run is being done as the first batch go for crazy prices online. However one small thought 156508 was previously done by Dapol in Strathclyde PTE livery, is it too late to change the proposed unit number?
  19. I completely agree, if you know it’s coming you can budget for it, also if you announce it early enough you can avoid duplication, I would love a class 90 to modern standards in N gauge but as Farish have again not announced it I am still waiting. Will Revolution pick it up as it would be a sensible follow on to the 92 in my eyes, but there is always that risk of Farish bringing theres out suddenly that can put someone else off attempting to make it, so we are sat here with no 90 and the risk of duplication if someone else starts one
  20. The only reference I ever saw was form Osborn models on another site saying “n gauge won’t be forgotten this time round”, not sure how reliable that source is to be fair. but I do agree it is a let down, this was the one quarter with TINGS coming up you would want to push N gauge, you could grab people’s attention and wallets with a new model that would be on sale there. Sadly for Bachmann my money will probably get put towards whatever Revolution are going to bring out
  21. no it’s all existing toolings with a new coat of paint, In some cases 2nd versions of models. Still amazed there is no MK2F rerun
  22. you mean is the only highlight. Sorry Bachmann but it is a let down here, I don’t normally like to moan about manufacturer’s but I do feel Bachmann are letting Farish drop. I don’t have a single pre-order with Farish but I have plenty with Revolution and a few with Dapol.
  23. wasn’t it just a rumour that Osborn models said this quarter would be good for N gauge? Can’t recall Bachmann actually saying anything to that fact
  24. given that they have announced a brand new tooling for OO class 47 ahead of tomorrow, my feeling is we are in for another disappointing list for N gauge
  25. I was on a similar trip on the NYMR with Hartland back in the late 90's at a Thomas Weekend which stalled on the bank, it managed to restart the train and reach Goathland after setting back slightly to pick up the coahces slowly. It was at Bridge 30 at Thommason Foss, which years later when this bridge was repaired it was discovered the gradiant was avtually 1 in 19 there, so no wonder with a full train and the hill it stalled
