The acquiring of the Pannier came about after three failed attempts to purchase a EFE 30586. All three ran very poorly at reasonable shunting speeds going forwards. A definate tight spot in each example despite much in the way of running in. Reverse was fine but I wasnt prepared to investigate. They were either good enough or not.
