Answer the question man. Is that a Manor? For all I know it could be a Grange, Hall, County, King, or Saint.

Disgusted of East Midlands.

Could you be a bit more pacific?......(sorry a pet hate..)

I thought a Manor was a big house usually in a village, Granges round our way are usually farms, we hang our coats in the Hall, a County is a big area with towns and villages etc in it, a King wears a sparkly hat and a Saint has a glowing hat about 4" above his head.

Hope this clears things up.

Oh, no it isn't.  What about Courts, then?  Or Ladies? Or Fair Rosamund?

Who wots now where Wayland's bones lie, or in what hollow deep?  (actually, Mike Stationmaster answered this a couple of years ago but I'm not looking it up now).

There's that Wikipedia thingy but, as it's all apparently lies, I doubt any of the classes were real.

No, Wikipedia is really good. All the classes are real and were designed by aliens. Or Edward Thompson. I forget which.

Edward Thompson?

I thought aliens were designed by Edward Bulwer Lytton?

At least the scary ones?

You'd have to reckon anything like a zombie or werewolf, Dracula or anything sort of Gothic is designed by the CME with the most goth name in existence, Sir Vincent (nevermore) Raven.

I think you've been abducted by aliens, Mr Spams.

Or by Edward Thompson.

Or Lear (which would make more sense, given the things you come out with...)

Or both.

I thought you'd already done the research for your guide to GWR loco identification?
