Maybe about half the used area (possibly -20% of Hall 5) that Warley had? Hall 12 = 10,195m2, against a percentage of Hall 5 which is 24,870m2 in total. That looks an awful lot like 37350/D6700 in late 1980s "celebrity" livery. Bruce 37350 and a Red Stripe Railfreight split box 37/3 as released from Crewe in the mid-to-late 80s are both ones I’m after.
