However, I gather that the advice is not to use them with locos using the latest ESU circuit boards. Before I go out and buy Gaugemaster non feedback controllers, I wanted to double check. But today I had a parcel delivered from Accurascale. 37 609 has arrived. Now sitting in front of me with her stable mate 37 607. Yeah I’m impressed all over again the livery is out-siding. Some tiny little differences between the two sure I’ll find a few more in time. She just needs a sound decoder now a light weathering and she can be put to work with her sister on the nuclear wagons. very happy waiting not so patiently for 258 to arrive now. They drew a lot of interesting comments and now waiting for the pair of Mk2E BSO escort coaches from Rainbow Railways to make it complete. DIRTY DIESEL Posted March 27 Share Posted March 27 Hi, I've just had 37001 (digital sound) back from an 'Accurascale Works visit', but for the life of me I can't remember if when it left it had the 'brake grind' as the loco comes to a stand. (this isn't the sound that is played when the brake function is applied). I did look on YT and it does appear to have this sound?? Also, I presume to get the flange/rail squeal to work around corners with the Hall sensor F11needs to be pressed? Because at the moment with F11 pressed flange/rail squeal sound is always on no matter if on a straight or curve and without F11 pressed there's no sound at all. I've tried decoder reset for both issues but this didn't change anything, I've contacted support, but while I wait a reply is there any CVs I could possibly change?
