But not together...

Oh I dunno, when we have certain cooked pork dishes cooked with some onion they also come with slices of fried apple - rather nice combination (although I think this evening's version will only have been cooked in apple juice cider instead of coming with fried apple slices, but there will still be onion unless the catering dept nick one of my supply of shallots).

This could well be a nice view on the finished layout.

I always wondered what they were, the rest of the time.

Now we know, they are baseboards.

N. Lightened

I always assumed they were part time traffic signals.  So what is a part time traffic signal's real job, then?

We demand answers, now!!!

You think you get confused........

Anyhow, Fathers Day has brought me the main baseboard for Bleat Wharf......woohoo!.....

Currently taking over the dining table in a scheming/mock up session.

And I have beer........and there is football on later.....

Trains, beer and football. Good day all round.

Champion.

Rob.

Le Mons 24 hour race too this weekend, that can keep you occupied for a while.

Actually, that organisation don't seem to lack anything when it comes to tables and shelves.

Sadly not quite true of the staff in the new one in Exeter, their products may be fine but I am sorry to say quite a few of the staff are slightly clueless, at least they were on my visit a few weeks ago.

I have put it down to been "new on the block".

Nice one Rob, Will you have just a Wharf Wall along the front, or add a piece of wood at the bottom a couple of inches wide to represent water? That's what I did on Porth Merryn.

Neither Andy.

I will not be modelling the harbour wall or any water, unless it's a puddle or two.

Ahh, now I see, no water. It must have been the word wharf that led automaticly to believe water would be involved somewhere. Sorry Rob I should have known better!!

All the best

Steve

There are two alternatives as I see it

That sounds like a very nice day out CK. I have continued to move buildings and track around on Bleat. I have said this before but we might be almost there.......

Reminds me of a Bristol show many years ago when 2 cans of peas appeared on a Newport club layout, I think it was, one on each platform. This was in response to what additions had been made to the layout in the last 12 months.

Knowing Newport that probably wasn't a joke.......

Ahhhhhh! I liked "There's a Moose Loose in the Hoose" , probably because I liked Mooses or was confused that it was a Mouse really close up so looking very, very big.
