I want a shed like this!!! May I ask where you got the shed kit from?/

Looks awesome mate! Glad all went well with the show. Shame I couldn't have made it as I am keen to see Kyle in the flesh.
Amazing how much atmosphere you have packed into such a small space.

Looks fantastic Pete! Have an excellent day!

Very nice.

Hi Pete,
Looks like it's all coming together nicely for the show.
Hope all goes well.
Best regards,

This is the first time I've looked at your stuff really nice
John
Thanks John!

Hi just a question can the A1 be converted to 2mm
Regards
John
Hi John,
When I convert the A1 I'll probably just have the wheel sets turned down. I'm not sure if you can get correct wheel sets for it. I have already had the wheels on my A4 turned down and that seems to work ok.
Best regards,
Jeremy

Looking good Pete. It's all these extra details that really make a layout.
Sadly I will not be able to make it to Burgess Hill this year as it will be my weekend to work.
Best regards,
Jeremy

Absolutely superb! A very difficult station to model with all that architecture but you've pulled it off and it looks amazing!

Looks great Graham. Those new Farish polybulks wagons are pretty smart.

That's a great shed. I need something like that!

Lookin' good Jeremy
They are indeed infectious these small breakaway projects...and the 4 CEP is a lovely model.
Trackwork looks good and look forward to see the overall plan
Pete
Thanks Pete. I'll put a plan in my next post.

Getting tinteresting.
Don
Cheers Don. I hope it turns out alright and to be honest I'm really enjoying doing this.

Usually until it is more or less dry, otherwise you risk disturbing it. You can apply it After about 5-10 minutes by tapping it from a brush then blowing the excess away, which works for areas where you might want to represent a finer surface finish. Tom.
Cheers.

Hi Tom,
How long do you leave the Klear to dry before brushing on the weathering powder? I fancy giving this a go but I don't want the ballast to start moving as I'm brushing the powder on.
Best regards,
Jeremy

Lovely work as usual Tom. Is that the new Farish Duchess in the first photo?
-
Great stuff Jeremy and thanks for the mentions too.
I am worried you have also inherited my 'serial layout project builder' affliction (what happened to the swiss layout?) although I am now cured having decided to try and finish one project first
Do you have a plan to show us the scope of your diorama?
I agree, its a lovely model and I bought mine and only built Paddock Wood as a back drop for it...
Carry on the good work....
Thanks Pete! I'm terrible with my serial projects however I plan to get Par finished this year and this is just a "bit on the side" really. I'll do another blog post with a plan soon.
It would be nice to see a few more Southern Electric EMU's in rtr form. I think Hornby or Bachmann have released the 4 VEP so maybe they will shrink it to N too!

If the insanity strikes again can I suggest the following with a section of easitrac still fixed to the sprue cut the webs between the sleepers on the side close to the sprue slide the the rail through on that side. Cut the sprue off and the webs on the outside. Adjust the sleeper spacing and fix down. Then do the same with the next bit of easitrac. Once a reasonable length has been done slide the other piece of rail in. Having one side already threaded with the rail keeps the sideways alignment of the sleepers.
Good result anyway.
Don
I'll probably give that a go however I may thread both rails, then cut the webbing and adjust each sleeper individually as I stick them down.
Dabbling with third rail in 2mm - It's a kinda 4 BEP!

Hi Andy,
Definitely not the most interesting job but certainly one that can start making a change to a layout.
Best regards,
Jeremy
