I sold a book on 30th May and the customer has requested a refund. But there are delays in the postal network and I did say that due to the on going industrial actions there could be a delay to the item. I also said that the item has to be returned to me before I give any refunds. I have been caught out before when the an item has lost it's way in the postal system. Terry.

This family have been through a extremely traumatic, devastating experience over the last few years, the dad, husband was involved in a car crash and later collapsed which resulted in him suffering serious brain damage from a bleed on the brain, he spent two years in hospital and will never return to his former self, now having to be cared for by his wife and children, this was his train collection, passed down from his father, who had collected this wonderful train collection over 60 years !!! This means far more than money and I know there will be many many honest folk out there that will support trying to find this collection and return it to the rightful owner ! My arrived early this week a very good model in detail and build quality, the whie meatl fiqures that I ordered will add some weight to the model.. Terry.

I sam still waiting for my electricty suppler to send me my user interface device to be dedlivered by my energy company. As my smart meter was installed back in October 2022. I have made many a phone call about this and they are say that there is a shortage of units to be sent out. Terry.

I do belive that the engine only had an engine speed of a maxium 750rmp. Also the emgines where down rated to 2530HP due stress fractures within the engines when they where first introduced into service. Terry.

OK, I am not sure if I have already asked this question or not, but I would like to purchase 2 DCC chips for the Dapol Class 08 that I have but have reached the point of infomation over load, I am looking at a mid range chips to convert the both to DCC. Is the any recommendations of which chips to purchase. I am not going down the sound route at this time. Thank you in advance. Terry.

I am in recipt of my pension now, but I am still looking for part time work, but it seams that the jobs I look at, You have to have certificates to be eligable to apply for them. But in the mean time I am doing some volunteering at a local chariy supporting people that have limited computer skills by using an online based course "Link to the online based course. , And at the "Imperial War Musum at Duxford" twice a month or as required. From my memory I belive but I can not be sure, when in shunting the locos would show a red light and a white lignt on both ends of the locomotive. The only time this would change is when they would a trip working the red light was/are tured off. I hope that is of a help to you. Terry.

I have just had a look on the web site for Ultrascale wheel, 8 months from the day they recive the order. (Yikes!!!) Terry.

I have used Ultrascale wheel sets for a conversion of a traing blue pullman many yearrs ago. There is a long lead time in getting wheels from them as they only do small runs of wheel\sets. Terry.

I voulnteer at the IWM Duxford once a month just to meet new people and have a chat with the other volunteers there. it also helps with my mental health problems that I have. I also voluntunteer at a local charity supporting people that have diffculty using computers or tablets. which is a challenge, but I am doing my best that I can with the computer skills that I have.
