    If you look at the real sky, it runs from lighter blue and gets darker as you go up. But with regard the peco back scenes, I would have thought that that are going to be some sort of scenic break in front of the papers, then the choice is yours how you have them. After all it is your layout. Your rules apply. Terry.

    big jim Is right that they have the EMD power tower fitted, but I would have thought that as it is a small cab that make it a tight fit in the cab.. Terry.

    I have a 5 Heljan 47, and I have always put a DCC chip with a rating of 2 AMP peak rating. as they are heavy loco and the trailing load could make them go over the peak rating of a 1 amp chip. Terry.

      It sounds like "Vlad the Mad" has put out yet another of his "goodwill messages" - each one even more "friendly" and deranged than the previous ones - full of talk about nukes and drug-addled Nazis.

       

      I wonder when that full-length mirror was installed in the Kremlin?

       

      As often happens, though, lots of other people pay the price for an insane tyrant's vanity.

    1:1 scale of the Hornby model with the tin worm. On a serious note I look forward to the skin head version in BR Green to replace the one that I sent to Hornby that I lost to mazak rot. Terry.

    I have been unemployed since november 2015, and have been looking for work, in the time from till today, I have only had four interviews, all of which unsuccessful. But not to worry I start to receive one of my pensions from April this year. I shall continue to look for a part time job for three days a week just for my mental health. Terry.

    I would say that smoke from stream locomotives is more of a dark gray when the foreperson chucks a shovel of coal on the fire. Terry.
