  6. Quick question ; Can anyone tell me the width of the top of Code 100 rail, please? I can possibly source some brass sheave wheels, but the groove is only 1.5 mm - will they fit ? Thanks all.

      Stu, The groove in the sheave will be intended for a rope, ie. a half circle profile. may need modification to run satisfactory on rail if to be drive wheels on your Monorail. Sorry to be a damp squib!!

      Cut a rectangular piece out of the trim, solve the mechanism problem, open the door, remove rest of trim and use double sided tape to fix the trim back with a reinforcing piece behind.
