I'm sure this is turning into another version of SOSJ - same folks, same banter, but I've totally lost the plot as to what the original railway was about! What is a Dean Good anyway? Not a fan of caged birds but he is a sort of 'rescue' parrot. Kiwi spends most of his time out of the cage on Nola's shoulder, occasionally lunging at me if I get too close. The little b@stard. He might refer to you in the same, flattering tones, when he goes home and pops out to his local parrot pub. The WSR have a perfectly adequate Down Starting signal, so why isn't the train on the opposite line, ready to start from a proper, fixed signal?
