Just a quick Deltic update.

 

Test packing begins tomorrow to ensure everything goes according to plan. Once that is all good we will begin shipping out customer orders from Wednesday onwards, using DHL 24hr service. This means customer Deltics will begin landing with customers from Thursday onwards! (if you live in remote areas like the Highlands, expect 48hrs, but we will do our very best!)

 

We have a handful of unpaid balances still, so if you want your Deltic, please get it paid up before we begin dispatching or you will lose your place in the queue! If you havent paid by the time we finish dispatching all orders (and we estimate it will take 7-10 working days, but will know more on that by Thursday!) then they will be offered for sale to people on the waiting lists! You have been warned. 

 

If you haven't heard anything from us re: outstanding Deltic balance, please email us sales@accurascale.co.uk with your order number.

I think mine (KOYLI) is one of the NRM/DPS batch - will we get a DHL (or Royal Mail) tracking option? I am usually in for 5 out of 6 delivery days but do have a regular morning each week when I am out; obviously arranging with them to avoid that day makes sense.

From what was said, I think the ACC number is irrelevant, it is when the invoice was paid, not when it was raised.

that would be a question for the place you bought it from I’m afraid. We’re only shipping out direct orders.

Where do you find these reference numbers, specifically the final payment reference? I think you can only access order numbers on the user Accurascale orders page?

They also show in your order history if you have an account. One for the deposit and another for the settlement if you’ve paid the deposit up front.

I contacted them a couple of weeks ago and had a reply with several ways to pay, which I have done. BUT this was me chasing them not the other way round. Maybe a phonecall needed, or they will follow-up for payment once stock is in?

 

TBH I do wonder why Rails/DPS/Locomotion didn't just contract fulfillment to Accurascale. Would have saved onward shipping of products to them, although they would have then had to pay AS for dispatch services.

Yep, that’s the original order number with deposit paid, but people were saying that the order they are sent out is based on final payment and that that has a separate order number. That’s what I was asking about.

Ah, apologies. My deposit doesn't show up at all and the main one showed a lower total than the later order that had it all in one.
