RMweb Gold Popular Post Accurascale Fran Posted January 26, 2023 RMweb Gold Popular Post Share Posted January 26, 2023 Hi everyone, As you may have seen, World of Railways have been running an awesome 'Skills Week' all week long with fantastic contributions from well known names such as DCC Concepts and of course, BRM's very own @Phil Parker! There has been so many excellent hints and tips and guides to help in all aspects of modelling. https://www.world-of-railways.co.uk/information/skills-week-day-2 Tomorrow we take it over for a day, and bring some how to articles around modifying and enhancing Accurascale stock, as well a look back over our 2022. There is also interviews with @Islesy on the process of creating a ready-to-run model, and myself where I look back on the first five years (!) of Accurascale ahead of our 5th birthday next week. In my interview I also drop a little announcement which is likely to please many too, so be sure to keep an eye out on that video which premieres at 9:00am. There is also a competition to win a set of Caledonian Sleeper coaches too, so make sure you enter that as you will have likely seen the absolute scenes about them on the 2nd hand market! Please! Don't be daft, it's a giraffe (well a giraffe car to be precise). However Fran dues say a 'small announcement' . Clearly in order to be 'small' it could be intended for 12mm gauge track although that should be more an aspiration for IRM than Accurascale.
