      Given up on itunes. Everytime I try and sync my phone it says the version on itunes on my phone is out of date and needs to be updated. How you update it remains a mystery!

      155 mins late, will get 100% instant refund apparently when i visit a booking office as ticket was booked through virgin, not convinced it will go smoothly as guard didnt clip tickets to prove we were on the train!
