  1. A bit of history - This project started several years ago when Bachmann USA came over here and scanned all the TR locos (and stock?). This was so they could produce models of the Skarloey Railway in 009. This was done by bach.USA as at the time Hornby held the Thomas license here thus preventing Bach.Europe from doing it. These models will be sold around the world wherever Bachmann/Kader hold the appropriate license, which now includes here.
  2. That photo nicely shows the join along the top of the boiler cladding. No more moaning about mould lines please.
  3. Not available yet, in production, so soon.
  4. Limited number of Lucknow available at Rails: https://railsofsheffield.com/blogs/news/lucknow-lner-precedent
  5. I only find the issue with Firefox, never seen it with Chrome.
  6. That's going to need quite some shelf space for display, enough for a micro-layout!
  7. In this case insulfrogs will make life much easier. Live frogs would need some method to switch them over every time a train completes a circuit, ideally automated.
  8. Yes, with very little glue used. Applying a gentle sideways force to the buffer head should release it.
  9. No. You want the already existing Peco HOm track, which has been around for years. This new track is for standard gauge at 1:120 scale.
  10. The same is true in the USA as well. There is the strange case of Algoe, New York that started as a 'copyright trap' but ended up as a real place.
  11. I think they are wisely keeping out of this.
  12. Thanks. Does that coach have the original Tri-ang wheels?
  13. That's because it's code 55(80) rail - like in the N gauge range. It allows for deeper flanges then real code 55 track would.
  14. 3 feet gauge, such as Isle of Man or Ireland, or Southwold in England.
  15. Oh yes we do! Now in stock at Hatton's.
  16. I would suggest if there is one still in stock on the EU site that you want to ask to have it transferred to the UK site. I get the impression from the IRM forum that the two sites/shops have separate stock.
  17. I see you are new here, so maybe you missed when they did this a few years ago and undercut retailers with similar hard to shift stock.
  18. The Dilbert Principle is more appropriate here.
  19. Different braking systems would limit such mixing of passenger stock. LBSCR was air braked, the others used vacuum brakes.
  20. We don't actually have anything yet available to buy.
  21. I bet this debacle doesn't make it into the next TV series, would make for some uncomfortable viewing for some.
  22. It looks to me like a few more coats of brown paint are needed to get full colour depth.
  23. From the ebay listing: The model requires a Kato 11-108, 11-109 or 11-110 chassis to complete.
