Merry Christmas, Rob, and everyone.This is such a fine thread, combining quality modelling, advanced tomfoolery and general silliness. Others struggle to match it! Oh - and the train pics aren't bad, either!

I really love the bauble images by the way, only, (in a parodied spirit of lowest common denominator RMweb criticism) shouldn't they show a mirror image?

 

Unless of course they are magic crystal baubles?  (I'm thinking of the Wicked Witch of the West's crystal ball with the red smoke.) Yes, that's the answer.  A wave of a wand and "Antob Revelio" and there it is - unmirrored.

Does a Merry Christmas at KT involve consumption of pork pie and sausages?

 

Every other weekend seems to, so why not ?

 

Probably hence the frequency of examination of the various travelling facilities.

Apparently 7802 Bradley Manor has just had an overhaul and was working the SVR SS but this is the only snap I got.

I went to the Manor 50 Gala in November, and although it was mobbed, I managed to get a couple of decent shots...

 

At Kidder at the head of the 10-coach GWR mixed diner set

Haven't had any sausages, but had a rather splendid locally-produced pork pie from Foggs Deli in the village today.

 

On my next visitation to Brent this emporium deserves a visit. 

 

Are pasties available as well  perchance?

Just finished watching Dr.Lucy Worsley on BBC 2 this eve,,,,Most informative!

Helppppppp........please save me from relatives  and ridiculously over indulged Grandchildren. I can not hold my tongue much longer...................and I can't go to bed yet, it's only 17.40.

Goes against all my principles to feel like belting someone at this festive time.
