Normally, a headcode moves as soon as the train does. If the next berth isn't working, it will not 'step' and remains where it is until its berth is occupied by the next movement. I used to leave any lingering headcodes alone until the T3 was given up, then clear them all in one go. Edwin C. yes I agree would have been nice but then the poor train drivers would need a welders mask to see as sun glasses be not good strong enough.
