Popular Post Coach bogie
I thought this Fowler, being delivered to Truro might be overweight. I have since confirmed at 11 tons, it is within limits for the Loriet L, rated at 15 tons. It will be chained up, eventually, as soon as I can source some chain locally. That sits nicely on the crocodile and as the Fowler BB is rated at 17 Tons dry, it's a safe bet. 2

RMweb Premium Mallard60022 Posted March 28 RMweb Premium Share Posted March 28 Apologies but I seem to remember Rob showing his Bananas fitted with Hunts. I can't find that so may have imagined it? Which Hunts did you use Rob if you did and could you link to your pics please? As on several other Van/Wagon Rakes I've sorted, I shall probably use Hunts on my Bananas, but probably with the existing Couplings at the outer ends of the Rake. I can tolerate a bit of a gap behind the Tender but NOT between the Vans/Wagons. Many thanks all and have a restful/celebration Holiday. Truly awful. Saw a few photos earlier. Makes me glad I've moved to 7mm and no longer have to deal with the joke Hornby has become.

Run to the hills as Bruce Dickinson once sang...😉 However it could be a contender for the bargain bin sale...😅 If so a fairly straightforward repaint into early crest BR lined green BoB/WC. I wonder how long will it be before either Rapido or Accurascale produce an all singing and dancing Bullied WC/BoB Class? Cheers, Mark

My son who's in the theatre business has ultimate respect for those, including friends, that are in this show. Not only do they have to have the triple threat at an audition but then successful candidates have to go on a 'crash' course for a month to learn how to roller skate. The sets for this show are quite amazing apparently. 3 2 1
RMweb Gold BMacdermott Posted March 29 RMweb Gold Share Posted March 29 Hello Rob My wife and I saw the show sometime in the 1990s and it was very well done. If I recall rightly, 'tracks' went above the audience at various angles as well as on stage. Brian 1 2
