Oh and just to raise the tone here's a pic I took of the train crockery on my recent trip down to Cornwall.  Click on the pic to enlarge if for added enjoyment ;)

.......And a bit more at home this time. Just a few of the Repro GWR hotels of the 1930s which came as a beautiful gift.....

Seen before,3864 on an up coal train, shewn in the background my decrepid Ratio signal.Plans are afoot to replace this with a rather splendid Freeman creation.Watch this space.

Oi! If she was good enough for them as won the war, she's good enough for you!

You can have too much of Vera and that other one Gracie Fields and not forgetting Mrs Mills bashing the sh1t out of her piano that's all they used to play on the windup at the social club we used to get dragged to every Saturday night when we were kids.
