Just been speaking to the driver of 66847 at Chirk told me about the 70 only going as far as Warrington on logs, now how do i get the shift off work :scratchhead:

 

wait til next tuesday you MAY get a 70 through to chirk

as it turned out 6M50/6V46 was cancelled today (no traffic) so after a meeting in nuneaton i had an early finish, feels like an age since i drove a train!

 

hereford to chirk tomorrow, 56113 i believe, but again not driving as i have a trainee with me

I'm surprised that the lack of OHLE warnings wasn't picked up when 68002 was unveiled back in December 2013.......

Notice none of the 68's have electrification flashes on them!

 

Apparently the regulations have changed and OHLE flases are no longer required - but the orange stripe must be there.

 

(Trying to find the relevant RGS data sheet............)
