Imagine all those buildings in the background being powered by just those two overhead cables. I bet they get hot..... Anyway, not Cornwall, might be Plymouth, but if that's a Mosque in the background then it must be Exeter, that's the nearest one to the Province. ....Or it's all a model, as bgman suggests..
